Services offered

• The service offered is Somatic Coaching. 

Personal Responsibility

• The client understands that the coach does not act in the capacity of health care practitioner such as medical doctor or psychologist. 
• The client is responsible for their own choices and health. 
• The client understands that they are responsible for their personal development and the results achieved during the work together. 
• The coach will guide and support but the practices and integration between sessions is necessary for the clients success. 
• The coach cannot guarantee any results or success.

Confidentiality

• The coach abides by Swedish confidentiality laws and GDPR. This means that all information is confidential as long as there is no risk to the clients or to others lives. 

Cancellation policy

• The client can reschedule a session up to 24hrs prior to the session. 
• A session that is cancelled less than 24hrs before and no-shows will be charged 100%.  
• In case of emergencies (death, hospitalization) the client will contact the coach at  kattis@kattisjonssonludvigsson.com for a mutual agreement.

Refund policy

• There are no refunds.
